Frank Linders (1963) started in the legal profession in 1989. For years, he worked closely in a broad corporate law practice with accountants, tax specialists and notaries. After completing the Grotius specialization course in Insolvency Law in 1998 and the further course in financial economics, he specialized increasingly in insolvency law. After starting his own office together with others in 2014, he has been affiliated with Keizers Advocaten since 1 January 2019. Frank not only serves the court as an insolvency liquidator, but also many entrepreneurs who have come into severe weather or who anticipate it in good time. As a result, he is very experienced, both as a liquidator and as an advisor in 'severe weather situations'. With this experience, his acting as a liquidator in estates has also been explained, as an estate liquidation has many similarities with a bankruptcy.
